Warranty
:
If you abuse
your unit warranty is canceled. Unit must be kept clean and mud free in
a storage garage inside of the rain and all weather conditions. We offer
a 6 month
Extended Warranty
on all our work. If warranty is warranted you will have to bring unit to
us No exceptions. At no time will
Mobility Quad LLC
pay a mechanic or a
Polaris dealer to Fix or repair unit unless
Mobility Quad LLC
approves in writing. AGAIN do not take unit to a dealer unless we
approve it. Our 6
month Extended
Warranty
is for onsite service only. Any other service is not responsibility of
Mobility Quad LLC. Take care of you machine and it will take care of
you!
Late Fee:
If you unit
is done and your late on payment after 2 weeks we will charge you 22% of
total due.
No unit will be shipped until paid in full. No exceptions.
Storage Fee:
If you unit is done and
we are storing after 2 weeks we will change $50 each day for storage
fee.
Canceling
Fee:
If you
decide to cancel your build, we will keep your deposit to pay for
time and parts made during your build, we may refund you if we find a
buyer that needs same parts when we build them a unit...
